Genuine traditional Noren panel, to use for curtains in doorways or windows, wall hangings, apparel, embellishment, quilts and other bedding, pillows, shirts and jackets, possibly with your beading and embroidery added. Hand screened in Japan, on lightweight, soft, supple not crisp, higher end 100% cotton. Each panel is 19.5" x 44" per the photo marked "One panel at true proportions". The image itself is about 15" x 30". The design is only on one side; on the back the image is blurred. We cut your panel(s) from the 44" wide roll of panels; you'll have selvedges top and bottom and cut edges on each side. If you order more than one, your piece will be continuous and there are two tiny white marks showing you where to make your cuts, shown at the top of the last photo. New, not vintage. 100% Cotton. Hand wash gently in cold water or by machine, cold/delicate. Hang to air dry.
